How serious are you?

Cardio Cafe is the ONLY health and fitness business in Australia offering this specialised training program. These are not your average personal training workouts and there will be no yelling or running laps of an oval.

In conjunction with US based Working Class Cardio Workouts, you will participate in cardio workouts, based TOTALLY on different forms of circuit and complex training that can be done anywhere with a minimum of equipment.

If you want a challenge, THIS is the workout for you!

Two Options

The Basics: Three days a week
Full Course: Five days a week

This is a minimum 4 week program. If you really want to lose body fat, get leaner and fitter for Summer, challenge yourself with the whole 16 week course! You'll be glad you did!

$300 per week - 5 day program, minimum 4 weeks.

$180 per week - 3 day program, minimum 4 weeks.

Due to the intense nature of this workout, it is either a one on one or a maximum of FOUR participants program, so you can be sure you'll receive the attention and guidance you need to achieve your best results possible.
